FAQs
Ordering
Will a florist take my order over the phone if I have never ordered there before?
A full service florist would be more than happy to take your order over the phone even if it is your first time calling. All that is required is a major credit card.
What information should I have ready before I call the florist?
Be sure to know the recipients full name, address, and phone number. It is also helpful to have the company name, work number, and work hours if you are delivering to their work address. The ordering will also be much quicker if you have your payment information ready and your enclosure card message written out.
I tried placing an order and it didn't go through. What do I do?
We apologize for the inconvenience. Please make sure you’re using the most recent version of your browser program. If not, you may need to download an update from the software maker’s website. Is it safe to make a purchase with my credit card online?

How long do bouquets last?
With proper care, the general rule of thumb is approximately 5-7 days. We include flower food. We recommend trimming the stems, keeping the bouquet in fresh water, and enjoying the arrangement out of direct sunlight or vent heating/cooling.
